Return Policy
At ML Audio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible products within 15 days of the original purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery or in-store purchase.
The product must be in original condition, including all accessories, manuals, cables, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of used, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable unless defective or required by law:
Items showing signs of used, installed, or mishandled
Clearance, final sale, or marked non-returnable items

Gift cards and prepaid cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged. Exchange availability depends on inventory.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Warranty
All products are covered under a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage. Proof of purchase is required.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may offer troubleshooting assistance, replacement, repair, or a full refund depending on the issue and product warranty coverage.
